I believe just talking about things keeps us stuck. Similarly I feel when we perpetually seek peak experiences without integrating them, we never evolve. In my practise, I endeavour to find this dynamic balance, between direct experience- through the breath, the body and expanded-states, and the meaning-making process that comes with telling the story of that experience, and understanding how it fits into our life.
